The terms
Gross profit = what customers paid, minus what the distributor charged for the parts and shipping, minus refunds and any ACH costs. With dual pricing, the card price covers card processing, so it is not a cost to the store. Ads, your time and other overhead are not counted. Sales tax is passed through and never counted as sales.
